Carleton Heights Park Courts Renewal
Complete redevelopment of existing recreational facilities. Scope includes removal of the old asphalt basketball court and baseball diamond, followed by the installation of new asphalt tennis courts with a compacted granular base. Work also features a new asphalt pathway and chain link fencing throughout.

U.S. Embassy Barrier Replacement
We are currently undertaking a critical infrastructure project for the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa, focused on replacing their perimeter vehicle barriers. Our work involves the complete removal of existing manual bollards and hydraulic wedge barriers, including their concrete foundations. Following excavation, we are forming and placing high-strength 35 MPA concrete for new, larger foundations, installing the new Delta Scientific steel bollards and wedge barriers, and finishing with precision grading and paver reinstatement. The project is being executed with stringent traffic and pedestrian control measures to ensure site safety throughout.

Local 47 - Smart Local Training Center
Full-site preparation and servicing for a new facility on Greens Creek Drive. Scope included clearing and grubbing, asphalt and concrete removal, and excavation for new storm sewers, foundations, and mechanical services. Our team supplied and placed granular materials for the slab, parking lot, and roadway, followed by new asphalt, curbs, sidewalks, and garbage pads. Finished with fine grading, topsoil, sod, and landscape plantings—delivering a fully serviced site ready for construction completion.

Uplands Campus Pedestrian Pathway Phase 2
We are currently on-site at the National Research Council of Canada’s Uplands Campus executing Phase 2 of the pedestrian pathway project. Work includes full-site civil construction: selective demolition, excavation, and installation of new storm services. The scope features new concrete sidewalks and ramps, asphalt paving, site lighting, guardrails, and complete landscaping with sodding and seeding—all delivered under strict security protocols on an active federal research facility.

We are currently on-site executing a comprehensive restoration of the main flagpole base.The project involves the complete removal and disposal of existing granite slabs and concrete base work, followed by new concrete deck slabs, vertical wall parging, and a new lower circular walkway. Work is being performed under a temporary heated enclosure to allow for winter construction.

The Royal MHC - Urgent Care Clinic Renovations
We are underway on the exterior civil works for The Royal Mental Health Centre’s Urgent Care Clinic renovation. Our team is executing a full-site demolition and site preparation. This includes excavating and disposing of existing interlocking pavers, concrete sidewalks, and planted areas to make way for a new building addition and main entrance. Following demolition, we are performing precision grading, installing compacted granular base, and placing new asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalks, and barrier curbs to City of Ottawa standards.

Rockliffe Park - Civil and Exterior Hardscape
We are on-site delivering a full civil and landscaping scope at Rockliffe Park. Work includes installation of a trench drain with stainless steel grate tied into existing drainage. Exterior improvements feature rock breaking to improve front drainage, along with site preparation, grading, and erosion control measures. The project is rounded out with complete landscaping including new laneways.
