How It Started

Prestige Design and Construction Ltd. was founded in 1982 by brothers John and Claudio Mazzarello. What began as a successful venture in the residential market quickly expanded into commercial, industrial, and institutional construction.

Over the years, Prestige has become a trusted name across the National Capital Region — delivering distinctive, high-quality projects in niche markets and earning recognition for our expertise, integrity, and exceptional workmanship.

With over 50 dedicated employees and key personnel, Prestige Design and Construction Ltd. has the in-house capability to handle every stage of construction.
